Crappie and Mushrooms

Took my mom wife and son out crappie fishing at Lake of the Ozarks and the crappie total was 30. Found mostly males on the banks and the females we did find were either empty or not so full. Used white/chart tipped with a minnow until we ran out of minnows and the fishing slowed way down when we did. Wife didn't really fish that hard but my mom did pretty well. My son is only two so he just played in the minnow bucket and tried to net sticks leaves and an occasional blue gill if one of us hooked one. The mushrooms where we were at are hugging the base of trees and they were few and far between. Three whites and one big red. Not worth the ticks really, hopefully I can find a mess later to make it all worth it. Anyone has any good mushroom reports I'd be super glad to hear them. Thanks and good fishing.

Loz around 85 mi on the flats was snagging last weekend saw lots of people roonen everybody had some we found 1/2 bag all small greys

Found about six more whites today not really any of them real close to one another but they're out.
