    Default Transfer Waypoints


    I have entered some waypoints on Google Earth and have them converted to .gpx files on a sd card. I can't get them to load from Humminbird PC to my HB 898. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

    JTMavs,
    After you converted them to the GPS file did you use HumminbirdPC to upload the data to the SD card? You have to use HumminbirdPC for this as it will actually convert the waypoints to a DATA.HWR file as this is what the unit uses.

    Now depending on the software in your 898 unit you may have to power your unit on before you installed the SD card before it will load the new waypoints.
