Thinking about it,,... they do. On a tiller model the steering and the throttle is in one unit operated by one hand, but if I wanted to do "this" (steer and throttle with right arm),,... I would have to set the motor way off center towards the right side of the boat (looking to the bow). I just thought I could sit looking forward and not off to one side, as I steer and also use my right arm for throttle, where now I have to use my left and it's not gonna be too much longer and,,...I'm out,,...to much pain to be worth it.
