    Default lk washington report

got out onto the lake early this morning, fishing the east channel. got perch right away but just some small guys, so we went over to the other bank (east bank of the east channel) weren't getting much so we decided to move again but our anchor was stuck on something so i dropped down the aqua vu and saw that it was stuck on an old sunken boat and because of how it was stuck it was NOT going to come off. we cut the line and went to our go to perch spot and caught fish practically every time we dropped down. tim (rod holder) also got a nice smallmouth. good day with some perch fillets in the fridge

I was thinking of fishing Washington Saturday for perch. I've since revised those tentative plans to Sammamish.

You would have to be almost crazy to hit up lake WA this weekend, but sammamish is on fire for perch and smallies right now though.

one of my fishing buddies said it was a little "slow" on Sunday because of the hot weather. Said he couldn't buy a bite.
