    Default Short day on Monroe

We fished the south east corner and the wind was blowing pretty good out of the north. Needless to say we were being hammered and it was pretty cold. Went to the north side by the power plant for a while to get out of the wind. Still managed some nice fish for a 3 hour trip. Caught 9, all fish were in 6' to 7' FOW. I measured the biggest at 14.50" but Looking at the pic I see his mouth was open a little so we'll settle for 14". We will try again tomorrow.

As usual, Eileen caught the biggest one while talking to my son on the phone.

    Nice catch
The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"
