Most all of our founding father were very smart men, too bad there isn't even a smidgen of that in Washington today. Some of the stuff coming out of Washington now is just too hard for me to understand what they are thinking. Need a few Teddy Roosevelt/Harry Truman/Ronald Reagan types up there.

Can tell you what they ain't thinking....what's best for this Country. They cater to Lobbyists and Industry with enough money/power to get what they want, and heck with the USA and everyone living in it.

Back then they were normal everyday hard working people that wanted what was best for the country. Today they are nowhere near normal and just looking to get re-elected.
