    For catching I don't care what temp I'm fishing... Oxygen is the most important factor. However, I don't harvest crappie unless the water is below 55 degrees, so if I'm keeping them of course I prefer 55 or below.

    I like it above 40 and below 90, but I like stable water most of all.
