Default Happy Thanksgiving to our C.C. family!

Hope you are all having a wonderful day with family and friends. This one is my favorite because it's all about putting your life in perspective and being thankful for everything we've been blessed with no matter how big or small. Bless you all and thank your for your friendship and comraderie. As usual, I cooked too much, who wants leftovers?

And a Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving to you and Paul, also. Cooked too much? Never! I've eaten your cooking. Don't know how Paul stays so slim.

You too Vonna. Now, please pass the Pecan Pie and Cool Whip, oh, and a fork.....don't even bother slicing it, I'll take it from there.

Right back at ya Mrs. Crappie Stalker! We didn't have turkey for the first time, but we did have some really great boneless chicken stuffed with Rice & Shrimp dressing. Here is a couple pics of the wonderful bird that comes from South Louisiana.

Here it is right off the grill cooked with Hickory...

Then cut open to show the stuffing...
