    Default Smithville CDC Beer and Burger Night 11/15


    Summer is over, and now it's time for all the Smithville CDC guys and gals to get together to tell their "fishing stories". That's right, beer and burger nights are back again. After a few discussions, we decided that we will get together at Dirk's off of I-29 and Barry Rd (directions below), at the beginning of each month, at 6:00pm. Our first get together is on Thursday, 11/15. We have the private room reserved. It is located on the left side of the bar after you walk in the front door. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

    Polls have closed but all precincts haven't reported yet, but early results are that I can make it.

    My wife hasn't voted on this yet, so...that could change the outcome!

    We need to try and get one of these going half way between Smithville and Truman sometime. Not sure where that would be. Maybe Independence or Lee's Summit. Would be good to get everyone together to meet up. Great bunch of guys from both areas and always a good time getting to hang out and talk fishing with everyone.
