    Default Long poles/trolling rods

I've been thinking about buying a few long poles to get further into docks and brush. I would also like some trolling rods. Are they the same or completely different? What do y'all recommend buying? Thanks

Lots of options in long rods for sure. I have finally settled on the Capps and Colemann trolling rods after trying several differant brands over the last 6-7 years. Tony's Ozarks are a nice rod also and would be supporting a local. In dipping rods I have switched to the Pro Angler's. They have a 12 ft model that would get you a little further into a dock well.

It gets expenses reaching into docks with long rods. Try shooting them. You wont break as many tips.
