I got out early this morning and fished with Skeeter (Trevor). Water temp at daylight was already 80 deg. we were able to keep 9 a piece before it got too hot to enjoy it any longer. Trevor gets a little cranky when it gets hot so we called it good early. We caught all fish on jigs. Color did not seem to matter. Fish were arround the wood in 10-15 ft. of water up off the bottom a couple of cranks or so.

    Peace

Thanks for the report , you must have been in Trevors boat because when he gets cranky in your boat just tell him to walk back!!!!!!!!!

Good Thursday. I don't mind the heat. Plenty of frozen bottles of water, a nice nylon fishing shirt (long sleeve), hat with skirt to protect the neck, nylon shorts... I'm golden for all day. Doesn't hurt to take a dip in the lake a few times either.

    What????
Its a good thing you have a connection on jigs. If the average fisherman lost that many jigs he could not afford to fish.
