    Default Trolling with RR's?

With all the RR talk I was wondering if anyone maybe added some weight to your line and fast trolled RR's along with cranks? Also what plastic do you think would be best in the above situation? With the hot weather down here I'm looking into something to do that keeps the boat moving. I have an older 115 Mercury 2 stroke so will have to use my TM to move the boat. Any thoughts?

Troll motor is how I always troll and I use feathers more than plastic on Roadrunners. Actually I have started using less Roadrunners and more just jigs with the same colors and feathers.

I have never used anything trolling fast so to speak, I just troll a 1/16oz., or 1/32oz. jig near or over grass close to deeper water. I have a variable speed troll motor and use about 3 on a scale of 1-10 adjusted for the wind if needed.

Also the old saying about Roadrunners..."you can't fish it wrong as long as you fish it slow" comes to mind when thinking about fast trolling. I am not so sure how correct they would run pulling fast.
