    Default Thunder and Lightning Crappies

I don't know if you guys are as crazy as me to fish through major thunder stroms but have you noticed that the crappies seem to drop to the bottom?

Most likely because they might just avoid getting "Electrifried". Lightening is nothing to mess with while on the water...period. I would fish off a dock during a storm, but never out of a boat. Be careful out there.

I dont mind the thunder but at the first flash of lightning, i'm outta there. Just too many bad things can happen when that stuff is going on.

First sign of lightning or thunder rumble i am headed for the ramp. No fish worth my life, and with the downbursts we get here with 60+/- mph winds. Water ain't no place to be.

You had better respect lightning and get off the water. Live to fish another day.
