Default Smithville was tough for us yesterday.

sowtamer and I hit the water about 1:30. Fished Camp Branch arm just above the power lines. Fished 2 hours without a bite on either a minnow or a jig. Coming out of a cove we saw a school of something and started fishin them. Matt was fishin a double rig with a minnow and a jig, and I was fishin a Black and Yellow Chart hand tyed. Matt was gettin a few more bites than me so I tiped with a minnow and caught up. We were fishin fairly open water with just a few snags, water was 28' and the fish were 12' - 14' deep. Ended up with 19 fairly good fish (only one was 10", everything was 11" or so. No big fish). Ony had 3 throwbacks.
