It doesn't exist on the web.
Closest thing I can find is a Twitchie (Verbinator brand) ... which is a 5" shad stinger type plastic body.

A twitchee stick is a fly rod with regular eyes and an underspin reel, usually about 8 ft. It's for working a jig under a cork, and seems to give it a different action. Everytime we fish jigs and corks, this guy kills me, and anyone with us, usually 5 fish to one. I think he's had his for years, and his actually says twitchee stick on it. I don't think they make them anymore, and I don't know about the spelling. I can't find anything on yahoo either.
I made one out of a 8 1/2 foot Ugly stick fly rod, and a Pfleuger underspin reel. I hope it works as well as his. Gonna try it next time the fish are up on a shallow flat.
I don't understand how any type rod would have particular success advantage when the cork is holding the jig stable in the water column...
Must be something I'm missing in the story...

I would guess that you twitch the very light rod tip and it jigs the jig inplace without actually moving it. It will impart a very different action to the jig being under a float. I do this for Bluegills. Just need a very fast tip rod. It is very effective. EB

yea he can make the bober move inplace i guess. but time an time again he gets more bites. if he uses a normal rod he get the same bites we get
