Got down to sparrow foot @ 11am fished tell 4pm caught 13 nice fish in 15fow 13 ft down in brush you have to leave it alone for about a minute before they would hit it. Used 1/8 jig with blu/chart Bobby garland slab slayer bait. Slow bite but better than sitting home.

Sounds like the whole lake is slow even the fish bowl. Come on March.

Nice Job Steve. Had to be better than working on a boat instead.

    Great weather, for either.

I got outside and walked once around the circle in front of the house, took a while with the walker but now I'm ready for a nap! Tomorrow I'll try for two trips around!!!! I'll be glad when I don't need the walker!

Good job Steve.I was working on the boats livewell cooler system. She is ready for hot temps now though so come on spring and summer.
There will be days when the fishing is better than one's most optimistic forecast, others when it is far worse. Either is a gain over just staying home.
