Some things I have learned:

1. A suntan is earned, never bought.
2. Never park in front of a bar.
3. You’re never too old to wave at fire trucks.
4. Don’t squash bugs.
5. Don’t lie to your doctor.
6. Go ahead, judge a book by its cover.
7. All guns are loaded.
8. Real sweaters don’t have zippers.
9. Don’t linger in a doorway. In or out.
10. If you don’t know what a knob does, don’t fool with it.
11. If you trip in public, don’t blame the sidewalk.
12. All drinking challenges must be accepted.
13. Remember the Alamo!
14. Suck it up.
15. Enjoy yourself. It’s later than you think.
16. If you drop change, pick it up. Even if pennies.
17. Stand up to bullies. You’ll only have to do it once.
18. A man’s luggage doesn’t roll.
19. Smile at pretty girls.
20. The best thing to do in the rain is to be quiet and listen.
21. Don’t let the ice cream truck get away.
22. Nothing good happens after 2 am. I promise.
23. When using a saw, patience not strength is needed to make the smoothest cut.
24. Memorize the Bill of Rights.
25. Read the newspaper every day.
26. Don’t litter, ever.
27. Don’t knock it till you try it.
28. Don’t play the ace if you can win with the king.
29. Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.
