    Default Smithville 1/6

Hit the lake with Dave (Got Crappie) at 11:00 and fished till 4:30. Fishing was tough again. The key was to find the schools of crappie and stick with them. And that was easier said than done because they were on the move. Once you found them and caught a few, they'd move off. They stumped us a couple of times and had to use the SI to find where they swam off to. We started in Sailboat Cove and ended up in Shady Hollow Cove. Fish were outside the tree lines in about 25' of water and we fished 10-15' down. Colors ranged from light to dark. Had to change up a couple of times to find the right combination. We ended up with 20 between the both of us.
