    Default Thomas Hill

Fished Thomas Hill yesterday and caught 35 total with the biggest being 14". Blk/Chrt with a pink crappie nibble was the ticket. I really think THomas Hill is a great hidden gem. I will be going out again on friday, but thinking about heading to Truman around Bucksaw. Anyone else planning on venturing out on friday? Sorry about the lack of pictures but I was instructed not to take the new camera out in the rain Where ever I go I will post an update with pics this time as Im pretty sure we are suppose to have a dry weekend.

Its gonna depend now on if I get my boat back by Friday or not. I would love to go but now the boat may not be ready. Im having some modifications made to it for spider rigging.

Always wanted to give T Hill a try in the winter when everything else is froze over. Congrats on a good trip. Good luck o. Truman. Won't be long and it will be rigging time.

    How was the water clarity?

I used to go on a bowhunting/fishing trip up there every fall. Didnt go this year, but the past several years the water has been awful dirty

The water was a little choppy but not too dirty. If there is even a little wind that place gets choppy. There are several brush piles marked and I caught fish off alot of them. I will definately be heading back that way later in the year. The fishing gets better there the colder it gets. Hey rumrunner, if you need a fishing buddy let me know and I can get you my phone number. My boat will not be ready for a while so I'm available to put gas in yours and take up a seat. Happy holidays and happier fishing to all.
