loving the truman cold water bite!

baller and i put in at otter this morning... started off pretty slow... the one's we did pick up were on the bluff's in 15-20 fow bout 12-14 feet down. had a turkey sandwich around noon and decided to head down toward's hay creek. there were 9 boat's at otter boat ramp and i think only 2 were duck hunting. hit the bluff by hay creek and did really well. color didnt seem to matter. 19 fow 3 feet to the bottom we were catching them. left them biting, color did'nt seem to matter. no big un's, maybe a pound was the biggest. saw jj zooming up past us, called him on the cell and he swung back around and we shot the chit for awhile. he was catching lot's. good to shoot the chit with ya gary! great december day on the water, not to windy for the most part and the temp wasnt bad... i believe the water temp was right around 42 degrees. go get em fellas!
