Michiganders Visit Kentucky Lake

My buddies and I just got back from a trip to Kentucky Lake. We hit it pretty well timing-wise... now we're ready to get some Michigan slabs. Sure wish we grew em this big up here.

My home lake for crappie is Wixom Lake.

You got some niceuns there for sure! They just now spawning out here in North Carolina so I guess you hit it just about right timing wise for the spawn. Im gonna be up in northern Michigan in late May or early June and hope to get into some of those Crappie on Fletchers Floodwaters.

OK, now I know I need to get online a lot more. I cannot wait until I can get on some nice slabs. Hopefully all will go well this weekend. Those are some nice fish and I can taste them right now!

Dang dial up issues. I didn't get a chance to get out during the weekend like I had hoped. Walleye season starts Saturday for me. I did get a chance to go out last night, but I only caught some small crappie...nothing worth eating, let alone talk about.
