gonna give this a shot today.... the Loin I baught had 2 small loins in it...useing rib rub and wrapped both together with bacon... looks good just sitten there can wait to smoke it!

well I had to run out of town on a family emergancy (with Loin on the smoker still).. got home a little late.. loin was a bit dry..LOL.. crumbeled it up and mixed in some BBQ sauce... dange it was good on a bun!
