Looks like you guys had a great day and WTG on the 1.7!
After a tough day last Wed. I moved down the lake several miles and got a limit on Thursday. Took a couple guys from work today and we all limited out in about 3 1/2 hours. Fished between Sparrowfoot and the power lines today. No big fish today but I had a 1 lb 7 oz last Thursday. The majority of these came on a "Capps and Colemann" Lime/Chartruse and "Belly Buster" Rainy Day Jigs in a similar color combo with some flash added. Tried tipping jigs with minnows but did not seem to make much differance. 8-14 ft of water from 8-10 ft down. Here is some pics of the big one and the ones from today that will be going to a fish fry fundraiser at work for a guy who had to have part of his foot amputated due to infection from a surgery.

A FISH IN THE PAN IS WORTH TWO IN THE LAKE
I enjoyed seeing and talking with you guys this morning. When I left you guys I went down stream to my favorite holes, and found big fish. One 15 inch one 14 inch fish. First two drops produced those fish. Both in 7 foot of water on the bottom. Caught limit of eaters by 11:00 and came back up river. Sounds like you had a great time and caught a good mess of eaters. I kept 15 eaters and returned the two big ones to the lake. Hope someone catches them in the future.
Purdy fish, Jared. Thanks for the report.
