Question Sea Striker Fast Snaps anyone???

Anyone use the Sea Striker Fast Snaps in place of duolock or crosssnaps when fishing for crappie? I think they may eliminate the problem of the snaps opening or breaking?

Not sure what the striker fast snaps are but I have used the Norman speed clips and these No-Knot Fas-Snap | Bass Pro Shops

Blackhawk, those are the ones I saw at Academy Sports. Breakaway lures also makes one that I think they call a spin clip or something like that, they look the same. They seem to be most popular among striper fishermen. I was thinking about them because I had two duolock snaps fail on me last week. One opened (I'm wondering if it wasn't operator error) and one broke (I think it was on a hangup). I bought some of the Fast Clips and I'll let you know what I think of them. I think the medium size (50# test) seems to be a better size.

I have used the little No-Knot little hooks, but they get sprung after a bit. I tried the Norton Quick Twist Clips and like them a lot. I have read some not so good things about them, but talking to Norton they are mostly salt water guide and such so too many guys were buying the small ones and using them on lures too big and having trouble so they stopped carrying them. I found out by talking to them and bought all they had left and will soon probably put them on my web site. So far all I do with them in send a small pack with each order for guys to try so I can hear back. I know I like them and have never had a problem using them with crappie.

Academy use to have these too, but sold out and not sure if they still have the larger sizes because Norton still has the bigger ones.
