Smithville Friday

Had a fun day fishin with Joedog. We put in around 7am and off the water at noonish. Caught a few but nothin to brag about. Cleaned 10 and didn’t catch too many dinks with most being 9 ½ to 10. Most caught 10ft down in 20fow on brush, jigs only.

Got back to the ramp and Joe helped me put new trailer bunks on. Thanks JoeThumbs Up

A little tip that saved the day….I have a habit of turning my bilge pump on just to make sure it works and today it pumped A LOT of water for a boat that is stored inside. Well Joe’s phone started ringing before he got parked requesting the return of my trailer to insert one said PLUG.Doh

Thanks for the great day out, Bill....the weather was incredible even if the fishing was moderate. those 10 fried up good, tho! MMmm.

Those automatic bilge pumps are a beeeeyouteefullll thing!!! Kindof a telltale thing when you see a guy waiting for the trailer to back down while two huge bilge fountains are spouting out the back! That's funny stuff right there.....Hands Clapping
