    Default Middle River Report

Wish I could brag a bit, but, absolutely NADA ......
Water is up, everything looks great, maiden cane, reeds, grasses down in waterline, looks great.
But, had no takers, not even catfish, just not ready yet.
Was a nice day down there though.
We rode all the way down to Winder and circled back.
Feels good to get my boat out and let her run .....
Won't be too much longer ..........
    Have a nice day.....

Thank for the report Danny. I fished Harney last Monday and managed to pick up two decent fish slow trolling minnows out in the lake. Tried the river but it's running too fast. You're right, it won't be long.

That, my friend, is a "breeder" (she). (I realize I said him, is really a she)
    We don't eat them.
(reds=slot limit = 18-27 inches) (one pr person pr day)
Took 30 minutes to reviver her to where she could swim off under her own power.
They're tooooo precious to kill, plus, my great grandson should be catching some of her great offspring, etc, etc.......
