Nice fish. What depth were the fish caught at?
Had The pleasure today to fish with Ed Reith and his grandson Jimmy Evans From Kokomo,Ind. . Despite severe storms yesterday and last night, and winds today from 18 to 35 mph. managed to still catch some!!These are the two biggest-both weighed 2 1/4 lbs. .They each caught one of them, and Jimmy landed his like a seasoned pro!!The wind finally drove us off the lake but we had a good time. The Crappie are still in early Pre-Spawn mode but the uproaching Front may change that!! hope Y"all catch a boat load!!!

Hey Dennis
Where are you located, those are some nice fish. When you say the front approaching will change the prespawn mold. Are you saying it will push the fish back out. I went fishing on saturday after the storm and only caught two. That thursday in that same spot I caught about 20 fish and 9 keepers.
Thanx for the advice on the other post too.
Love, what more can I say
CrappieHound-They were caught at 4-5 ft. on SlipCorks.Originally Posted by CrappieHound
