There was no Jason, but there was a Josh, a Noah, and a Remington fishing with me Saturday morn. Josh is a Tech Sgt at WAFB. Noah is Josh's 7 yr old son and a good friend of my grandson, Remington, who is also 7. We got on the water a little after 6AM and headed UP from Bucksaw. We bypassed the place I've been fishing the last few times out and went up a bit further. I had received a good tip from a good friend about some fish being caught in a particular spot......thanks, Jim. Josh and Noah had never dipped trees for crappie before but they caught on very quickly. We started catching fish almost immediately. Josh said he would like to have a few fish to put in the freezer so we kept him a few. He took home 48. That ought to hold him for a while.
Here are a couple of pics of the boys. They sure had a good time and Josh and I both enjoyed the morning as well.
