Last Fri the bite was decent casting jigs. I have been fishing in the spillway all week and catching a bunch and some nice feesh at that. I will get on the lake this weekend and try to find them.

was talking to charlie in the coffee shop this A M and he said his nephew is catching good size and numbers on wapp. said the high water slowed them down but there picking back up. he did not say where, just over brush is all he knew

I have not been on this lake in over 2 years, but Fished Saturday. My buddy and I had our old ladys with us, so didnt get out as early as I would have liked, nor fished as hard as I would have liked, but caught around 40 fish, anywhere from 2-10' deep off submerged trees off jigs. Only 1 keeper though :0 fished mostly in Asher Creek area before the rain ran us out.
Anyone else have any luck?
