My son has used them and had good results, on small ponds. He has tried them on the bigger lakes with mixed results, has better results with a Fluke.
has anybody ever used it?

just woondering as in small ponds u mean farm ponds and ponds that r off the sides of over passes right? wat colors
i tried it many times never caught a fish ! regular rubber redtail worms out fished them everytime
He has used all of the colors that came with his kit and has had success. The ponds he fishes are on a Golf Course.
The Banjo Minnow is one of the few marketed items that I have seen that will work. It is however no better than any other type of plastic minnow bait on the market for years. The Zoom Fluke, a Sluggo, or a plain floating worm will work just as good or even better and all are much cheaper. As a once upon a time bass tournament fisherman, I have used the Fluke and Sluggo for many years with much success at certain times of the year. They also work very well in farm ponds.
ok thanks just wondering how results came out! do u have any pics of the fish he caught
Tried some a friend had, they don't do any better than a Zoom Super Fluke (which I couldn't count the number of fish I've caught on...rigged weedless/weightless...watermelon seed).
alot of hot air to me
Remember....baits are created to catch fishermen, not fish!
