    Question Grubs

I bought a few packs of 2 inch swirl tail grubs one is half green other half chartreuse and another half pink and pink and another orange and yellow chartreuse. Would these grubs be too big for most crappies?

No. I have caught crappie on a 3 inch grub. @ inch is probably the most popular size grub and the easiest size to find the colors that You want in.CF

no like crappie farmers said they will take plastic baits up to 3 inches. I have caught many crappie on crank baits fishing for bass. They are really sometimes up past when you are fishing for bass. But they will take just about anything that you throw out there depending on their diet. It.

Well that's good cuz all three packs I bought were in bright crappie colors they like. They were $1.89 for a 20 pack. And I have been soaking them in bait mate fish attractant for bass (garlic and salt). You wouldn't think plastic could absord the attractant but apparently it does.

Should be just right for those 12-18 inch crappies we have down here.
