Meldahl (Foster Ramp)

I gave a report on the ohio board about neville. Foster ramp was cleaned alittle today with a backhoe. They pushed the silt to the water line today. As the river comes down they might stay on top of it, if they do I will give an update. Nevilles lot was being cleaned today with there backhoe it looks like they are going to stay on top of it as the river drops.
