the 2 1/4" is a little bit bigger in diameter but not much then the 1 3/4" if you look at my signature you will see that two different sizes side-by-side.

@DON G.....bait 83 is a great choice, I like the 2 1/4 BUT both have produced ....take a look at bait 71also have had success with those
