Go get'em boys. Jeff you usually do better when the conditions are at there worst. Look out or you will be adding up some more taxidermist fee's.
baller and i just can't stand it anymore... we were planning on leaving for truman in the morning at 4:30, BUT with this wind we decided differently, imagine that. were gonna make our first border run of 2011 instead... figured we could fish the river and that will keep us pretty much out of the wind. we both need a thump in a bad day and i told eddie i was'nt fishing off dock's anymore this year. i wanna b more mobile. weather is looking horrible, but, ive learned one thing, i can't catch crappie sitting on my couch! hope to have a good report or a funny report, lol... you fisher's be careful this weekend whoever is going. gonna be a windy one. good luck to all!
why do today what you can put off til tomorrow, go fishing instead!!!

good luck to both
well we hit the verdigrus river yesterday...best thing was we were able to stay out of the wind. bad thing was we did'nt have a bite. the current was strong and the water was muddy. we tried everything, fished laydown's, found our brushpile's, marked fish, couldn't buy a bite, did some slow drifting. fished area's were there was'nt a current. through everything we had and not a bite. but it was a nice day to get out with a good buddy. hope to have better report's in the future.

Doesn't it suck to see the fish that won't bite! Glad you guys got out and enjoyed the water.
