Get yourself an I Pilot Throw anchors and rope away.
I carry 2 anchors in my 16/48 war eagle. I currently have the ropes wound and then laid on a rod holder ( RAM style I never use). I have ordered some new rod holders and will be taking the old ones out. So now I have to figure out a way to stow the anchors and ropes in a way that I dont get tripped up walking from front to back.
Just asking what eveyones preference is and trying to get ideas.
Thanks
Tom

We use an extension cord reel, it holds 150' of rope and pretty much stays out of the way when not using it
I pilot is nice, but you still need anchors. We fish the south end of Lake Michigan If you have motor trouble in a good south wind you need something to hold you. It should be part of your emergency equipment.
I use 5 gallon bucket for the rope and the anchor...
The bucket serves double duty as a portible toilet for my wife...

I use 12 inch Velcro straps used for keeping extension cords tidy. Two on each line keeps them manageable in my boat and fast to deploy without tangles. Found them at HD.
tye to some bambo and make you a fishing hole !!!!1
