mustard mix

Some years ago someone gave me a small tub of mustard fish batter/mix and I sure don't remember who made it or anything else about it but it sure was good. Anyone know anything about one? The fish also had such a nice golden color. Got some Uncle Buck's hot'n spicy that I'm not real pleased with, also have some Southern Star which I really like. It was a dry mix.

I'm not sure about the mustard mix, but that Uncle Buck's hot'n spicy lit my butt up last week. I'm normally okay w/ pretty spicy stuff, but that was ridiculous. Zatarains makes a pretty good fish fry too. I like the one w/ zesty lemon.

I cut mine with 1/3 yellow corn meal. Makes it just right for most folks.
