light snow but no wind in the morning, did not feel to bad out. caught a few under w bridge, blue/black and black/pink seemed best for us. tried shady hollow cove, no luck, from reading the other post i don't think we were in deep enough water. wind picked up decided to go. the coves were starting to get a little ice in them.

sat at pay docks from sunup to 11.landed 2 nice ones ,lost 2 nice ones at the top as they were playing dead[need to get a dock net].caught lots of little ones.still lots of keepers at the docks there just biting different.i was using spoons and small flies.

This explains why my spots on Blue Springs wasn't working today. Don't sweat it, it happens. Shady Lake is pretty much a go to spot this time of year. If it's not hitting, then everything else would have been pretty tough.
