Is slow trolling an effective method when the water temp is cold (40-50 deg)? Are crankbaits effective in cold water?

Yep, to my surprise, at least this unusually mild winter.
Whole bunch of people who catch more than me say "no",
but I'm like a mule, had to be "sighted" to it - and it does work

I can say it does work. I was spider rigging. And Jeff was draging crank baits. He caught fish I did not.
And the ones he caught were nice ones.
Sure going to have to learn to drag stuff behind my boat. Insted of pushing them.LOL
