Default Nothin like spoiling a 6 year old with his first Crappie jiggin

Took Austin out to hunt for big fish Sunday, and did he ever come through. Never jigged fish ever patience pays off. Started out a 12am and finished up at 4pm ended up catching well over 60 good fish. Bight slowed down around 2pm and picked up a 3pm.
Went to a creek that was isolated and along shot, but did it ever pay off. fished 4feet down in 8ft of water caught big fish in 9ft on the bottom. Used Bobby garlang slabslayers 3inch blue/chart. In one week we have caught and released over 300 fish.
The key is fish like your fishing the spawn.

I know that little guy had a ball getting to fish with his Dad. He's not only your son but is also an equal fishing partner. Congrats to both you guys.
