I usually fish tubes and curly tail style baits, one on the end of line and another a foot or a little more higher, spider fish, find the depth they are then slow troll or drift... sometimes I tip em with minnows sometimes crappie nibbles but I can't get em to bite...
I am in a bad slump, somebody give me some new stuff to try and get me thinking outside of the box.
It is bad when you can't find them and don't catch any but when you find em and you still can't catch them it's annoying

try switching from a curly tail to the skirt type.. that may give just the type of movement that will trigger a strike
I know that lately I've had to downsize everything to get a strike. If you've got something smaller in the ole tackle box it might be worth a try.
Use minnows
Hey bud, you might want to try a new jig style. Try Bobby Garland Soft Baites. Use the count down method this time of year. Over brush in 17-25 foot water and the colors that I found they turn up to be patriot and blue thunder. My wife and I have been catching them at will all summer long. I hope this works for you bud. (Keep fishing on!)
