Yep, definitely ready for some cooler temps, and always nice when the trees change. And bow hunting kicks in, I really like that. Haven't done much fall crappie fishing but plan to this year. Only problem with fall is that winter is next, and I am most definitely NOT ready for that.
We do not want the gift of a fish; neither do we expect a lesson on fishing; what we direly need is a chance to fish

If by fall you mean the whistling of the wings, greenheads cupped and committed, watchin the hounddog work...... and big ol 747's sailing into the spread........ um, yes.

Although I do have it on my list to try and get on the fall crappie bite at Twain. Rumor has it fall fishing is awesome!

I prefer late Fall thru early Winter but I usually fish year round. Last Winter was a bit unusual as I didn't fish for about a month and a half due to thick ice.

Although the the Ice got too thick to run boats, and I got a few chances to Ice fish, I hope the winter eases up on us a bit.
Last winter, this summer, c'mon mother nature give us an easy winter.

Yes , I'm ready for fall . I got some new hunting ground and I'll be sitting in a treestand , unless it's too hot to hunt , then you will see me on the water . I love to hunt as much as I do fish , so it's a toss up for me .
Fall is my favorite time of the year to spend outdoors , whether it's in the woods or on the water , I'm just happy to be outdoors.
