    Default Shimno america number

Have you tried calling company headquarters? 949-951-5003 (8-5 PST). That number will allow you to speak directly to a service rep.

Good luck. I had success tracking down info on an old Mitchell reel that belonged to my dad. Hopefully, Shimano is as nice to its customers as the people at Mitchell. - Roberta

    Billbob,
You may try nutter rod and reel service. I believe they are out of Georgia. nutterrodandreel.com
