    Any you Government Motors people ordered one yet? They got the right name stuck on it. VOLT. You definitely get sticker shock!!!

    At 40 miles per battery charge , this will be GM's edsel. Technology is not ready for mainstream just yet at those prices also.

    But you do get a 7500 dollar tax credit if you buy the Volt. Taxpayer paying the GM sales tab. Reckon it will ever end( bailing out GM)?

    That's nothing new, you get a tax credit when you buy any new hybrid or electric car no matter who makes it.

    Glad to see you doing better.

    I believe most of the credits have expired or expiring except the Volt. Seems GM couldn't get it to work in Volt mode so the git the tax credit. They changed the law around to accommodate this too. Look at 2006- 2009 rules vs 2010 credit rules. Obvious manipulation.
