what with it being my first time on Truman and all I went and bought me a new rod to break in as well. I got a 10' Wally Marshall Pro Series jigging rod. I'm setting myself up good for this one:D

Wait a minute no one said anything about snakes, that's a deal breaker right there. I will absolutely beat the water to a froth and now I can start at about 12' away if they're coming my way. I don't like 'em at all
