Pickwick Question

Been hearing that on Pickwick when I pull Cranks, I HAVE to use my Trolling motor cause it's so clear, it'll spook the fish off using my big motor and buckets. That true? So far, I have fish at Indian and yellow creeks, then goat Island with white, rootbeer and Orange Crush Cranks. Any other ideas guys. Oh, we'll be down below the dam Striper fishing as well. Advise needed PRETTY PLEASE. I'll hook ya up if you ever get down to Ross Barnett in Jackson. PM if you don't want to say it on the board LOL
