Finely got out in the boat this year been too long. Well as can be expected the lake was high with all the rain we had the spillway from Jacomo is in full waterfall mode here the whites & strippers are doing good over there. I stayed on the main lake over brush piles did ok but it was slow ended up keeping 4 10" crappie my daughter caught the first keeper we fished about 3-4 hours, total was about 10 fish caught. Not to many boats out since most people are at work. There is a lot of debris floating in the water and its kind of stained not real bad but if the weather holds the fishing should get better I hope later everybody.

glad to hear you got on the water and found some fish out there. i live so close to it and need to take my little brothers out there. now that i know they are running water out that spillway i just may have to get them out there this week. thanks for the report and good luck next time you go out.
