Two were 17 and 17.25-inches and each wieghed 2-pounds even and the third was 17.5-inches and weighed 2-pounds, 1-ounce.
Here are two of them:
She let her dad hold one along with a big black crappie that he caught:
They were all caught on Rosy Red Minnows or Shiners fished about 10-feet deep under slip-floats over Bamboo Crappie Condos and Brush Piles.
They biggest one is "going on the wall" and should make a very nice mount for sure. I thought a "School Mount" with all three of them would be nice!
Had the occasion to do that once and it was something that I will never forget. Right place, right time...something that will stay with both of them forever. Couldn't help but make it a great day for everyone involved!!
Kudo's!!
On top of that, it surely gives you a sense of satisfaction, knowing that you made their day!!
Sacred Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. AMEN
