    Thumbs down stockton fishing report


    `pretty high,and lots of dirty water, maze creek,and state park area clear to 9 feet. water was 63 dg caught lots of small fish, in 25 fow or deeper. no keepers though. tried long line jig trolling, long line crank bait trolling, slow trolling coves, flats, boat docks, bluffs, fishe back of coves, middle of coves and mouths of coves, lots of returns on the depth/sonar but verry few bites, sorry for the lousy report, guess we will have to keep trying till it get back on track. later all

    Yep, it looks like this rain has got them all messed up. Now the hot and humid weather is coming in to make it unbareable to fish unless your sitting in a tube. Hope it turns around.

    Yep that is Stockton for you! It always seems to take 3 days after fronts go through for good fishing at least for me anyway. It ought to be getting good by Sunday or so I hope. Thanks for the report Beagle.

    think i will go up to high point and work the south banks drifting shinners and just enjoy the day off work if we catchem well that will be a + good luck to all .from old jack.

    Things on Truman aren't much better, bite has slowed down big time, sure isn't any pattern to them yet, but the warming up will help..... I hope...
