Going to the river at Hwy. 165 for bluegill,crappie, and whaterver fish are in the river. My goal for this trip is to catch at least one crappie; on the previous trips the 'gill fishing was so good that I forgot to fish for crappie.

man you must ve been fishing hard to not even try the crappies

I caught a 3 lb. channel catfish on a Blue Fox spinner. I also caught several small bass that spit the lure and then I caught a big bass which broke my 12 lb. line. i also caught 5 bluegills.
