Is this enough help?
“There is no difference between communism and socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end: communism proposes to enslave men by force, socialism—by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide.” Ayn Rand
I believe it's from the Ohio to somewhere around Carthage, TN.
I dunno. I got the report from Capt'n Terry. He is on his way to "ship out" on his tug again.

I can understandy why, just hope people listen. Most people really underestimate the power and forces of moving water. We had two guys yesterday think it was an ideal time to go kyaking on the Green River. They made it about 4 miles until they overturned and lost their kyak's. One was fortunate enough to grab hold of a tree and managed to hang on until rescued. The other wasn't as fortunate, he was last seen disappearing under a large log jam. They still haven't found his body. Both were wearing PFD's, but it didn't matter.
Same reason why despite all the cones and barricades used to block flooded roadways, we still answered numerous calls to rescue people trying to drive through it. Luckily no one hurt or drowned, but several cars destroyed for no reason. No matter how many times you hear "turn around, don't drown" there is always someone out there who doesn't pay attention.
There is no known cure for ignorance.
